Free cancellation in 24 h before the tour time
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Yes, we can certainly include a stop for lunch or dinner during your tour. We can recommend some great restaurants in Paris, or you can choose your own. Please let us know in advance if you would like to include a meal in your itinerary, as we may need to adjust the tour duration accordingly. Additional hours for the meal stop will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
What is the minimum layover time required to book this tour?
The minimum layover time required to book this tour is 6 hours for the short tour and 7+ hours for the normal tour between your arrival and departure times. This allows for sufficient time to complete the tour and comfortably navigate the airport.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Yes, our tours are suitable for children of all ages. We can provide child car seats if needed. Please let us know when booking if you are traveling with children.
